Air Canada launched its new "leisure airline" or inexpensive Rouge call, which will begin in July 2013 and included in their destination airport Juan Santamaría and Daniel Oduber in Costa Rica.

"With the introduction of Air Canada Rouge, the company enters the growing leisure travel market", he said in a statement Ben Smith, executive vice president of the airline.

Besides Costa Rica, Rouge flies to Venice, Edimburso, Athens, Cuba, Dominican Republic and Jamaica, all starting from Toronto Canada.

As an introduction fee, travel to Costa Rica will cost from U.S. $389, according to the statement. Depending on the date with which to compare, this rate is two to three times cheaper than usual.
