Daniel Oduber International Airport (LIR) receives regular international flights served by American, Copa, Delta, United, Avianca/Taca and JetairFly, with nonstop flights from Miami, Atlanta, Houston and Toronto. Additionally, this airport is conveniently located near beach resorts that continually receive groups.
National airlines with domestic service are SANSA and Nature Air. SANSA operates at both international airports and other smaller airstrips in country. Nature Air has its base of operations in the Tobias Bolanos International Airport, very near the city center of San Jose.
